I, DAVID MISCAVIGE, declare and say:[...]2. I am, and since 1987 have been, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Religious Technology Center (”RTC”), a section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit Religious corporation, whose sole purpose is to maintain the orthodoxy of the Scientology religion. RTC is not part of the ecclesiastical hierarchy of Scientology, or is it involved in the day to day affairs of churches and missions of Scientology.
