GROWING BODIES

Since the introduction of salt tablets and vitamin C Pills to supplement the diet of our children and ourselves there has been a great increase in the health, morale, and vitality of the crew and especially the children.

To fully prevent and handle any deficiencies which might arise Multiple vitamins will be given to aid Growing Bodies. These will be provided by the Medical Officer.
